We were surprised to see these blooming by the garage when we got to the house on Friday. There was one vine that was trailing on the ground and I kind of shoved it into the lattice work. I hope it lives..
The floors look fantastic! O.K. now I need to go back and look did you finish the BASR also? Just imagining what it will look like when it has furniture in it. Yes that clematis will just keep growing... and should flower most of the Summer... I can't remember if they die back or if you have to cut them back at the end of the growing season... nothing hard to do though! They will climb on a trellis just fine and dandy! I love the color of them... for some reason my dear hubby didn't like them at all at where we lived when we had one. I think he said something about it being old people flowers... funny cause we bought the place we lived from an old couple (probably in their 70-80's) and so everything could be considered old people stuff! LoL...
